ALPHA-CVP-390V

ALPHA CVP-390V is a halogen-free solder paste offering exceptional electrochemical reliability, even with 0.100 mm comb spacing, for the most demanding SIR profiles. Its compatibility with Innolot and ability to maintain high electrochemical performance on dense assemblies make it ideal for next-generation high-reliability applications.

Formulated for finer powders, ALPHA CVP-390V delivers transfer efficiency above 2.00 CpK, ranging from 60% to 120% for area ratios as low as 0.60 under variable printing conditions. It also maintains repeatable transfer efficiency on fine-feature 01005 components and excellent coalescence with circular and square apertures down to 170 µm.
