VIBGUARD IIoT

VIBGUARD IIoT offers a choice of 12, 16 or 20 measurement channels, sampled in parallel and synchronously. This enables continuous monitoring of even the most complex equipment and protects it against unexpected downtime.

VIBGUARD IIoT operates autonomously and automatically performs measurements. Measurement data such as the time signal, characteristic value, FFT spectrum, kinetic wave path (orbits) or torque are processed in parallel and almost in real time, and can be correlated with the current production process. Thanks to its fast data processing, VIBGUARD IIoT is the ideal monitoring and diagnostic system for equipment with short operating cycles, such as cranes, machine tools and presses, as well as highly dynamic machinery such as test benches, wind turbines and chain conveyors. VIBGUARD IIoT also enables easy and effective monitoring of all critical fans and pumps.

VIBGUARD IIoT measures time signals, overall values, FFT spectra, shock pulses, orbits and much more across 12, 16 or 20 parallel channels for almost any type of signal input. Vibration, tachometer pulses, temperature and any other relevant diagnostic input such as torque are processed and can be correlated with the manufacturing process.
