MAESTRO 2/2M PCB Separators

The compact MAESTRO 2 separator depanelizes PCBs quickly and economically while requiring very little workspace. It is the entry-level model for small production runs. PCBs are pushed manually into the circular cutter and separated.

Motorized MAESTRO 2M:

Designed for stress-free separation of larger production runs. The lower blade is motorized. The PCB is inserted, gripped by the circular cutter, transported and separated. It is especially suitable for densely populated boards or boards with narrow margins. Three speeds are adjustable.

Operational Safety:

The gap between lower support 1 and guide 2 is so small that the PCB can move only within the scored groove.
