MAESTRO 5L PCB Separator

The MAESTRO 5L is the most cost-effective solution for high-volume separation of scored PCBs. Up to 10 side-by-side boards can be separated simultaneously. The maximum passage width is 310 mm. The number and spacing of the circular blades are adapted to the PCB.

The blade holders are designed for stability and precision, ensuring clean PCB separation. The circular blades are hardened, sharpened and titanium-coated for high performance.

The scored panels are inserted manually into the guide or fed automatically through a loading station or external conveyor. After separation, the boards are placed on the integrated conveyor. The SMEMA interface allows integration into a production line.

The adjustable frame lets the MAESTRO 5L adapt optimally to each application. A connection for an extraction and filtration system is already integrated.
