MAESTRO 4S PCB Separator

Fast, economical and low-stress, the MAESTRO 4S separates both small and large PCBs. During a single pass along the scored groove, sensitive components close to it can be exposed to tensile and compressive stress.

• Blade spacing is entered on the control panel and adjusted by motor.
• Up to 9 programs can be stored.
• PCB materials: FR4 and aluminum
• The cutting length can be set using limit sensors.
• For preventive blade maintenance, the total cutting length is displayed.

For separating aluminum boards, we recommend using the FR4 circular blade on the MAESTRO 4S with specific blade settings.
