ALPHA 3355-11-TF: VOC-Free Organic Water-Soluble Flux for Electronics Soldering

The ALPHA 3355-11-TF Tarpon flux is an VOC-free organic water-soluble formulation, developed to deliver exceptional wetting performance across a wide range of metal surfaces. It is the eco-friendly version of ORGANO-FLUX 3355-11, widely recognized for its excellent properties in soldering printed circuit boards and electronic equipment.

Its advanced formulation provides rapid, uniform wetting of solder joints while ensuring complete removal of post-reflow residues thanks to its complete water solubility.

The ALPHA 3355-11-TF flux can be applied using several methods: wave, spray or dip application. Plastic or titanium applicators and tanks are recommended to prevent chemical reactions. Surface preheating is essential for optimum penetration and uniform joint formation. A surface temperature of about 100 °C is typically reached at the solder-wave inlet for optimum results.
