1594A/1595A Super-Thermometers

If your goal is to achieve the highest possible measurement accuracy, you are most likely measuring the resistance ratio (Rx/Rs). Across the traditional thermometry ratio range (0.25 to 4), the 1595A offers measurement accuracy of 0.2 ppm or better. For ratios close to unity (0.95 to 1.05), its resistance ratio accuracy is 0.06 ppm. You get the linearity of a traditional resistance bridge with an instrument that is easier to use and much more cost-effective.
