ALPHA OM-353

ALPHA OM-353 is a halogen-free solder paste designed for superior electrochemical performance and minimal residue spread. It delivers excellent reliability even at 0.200 mm spacing on demanding automotive profiles and, with Innolot alloy, offers an optimal solution for high-reliability applications.

Designed for maximum manufacturing flexibility, the paste is compatible with Type 5 powders for fine-feature applications and is available with traditional lead-free alloys such as SAC305 or low-silver SACX. ALPHA OM-353 combines best-in-class printing and reflow performance with consistent transfer efficiency and excellent performance on fine apertures and head-in-pillow defects, making it ideal for broad-spectrum applications.
