The ALPHA EF-8800HF flux is a high-performance alcohol-based liquid flux, with medium solids content, designed for high-density printed circuit boards, standard and thicker boards in lead-free or leaded (SnPb) processes.

Its formulation with thermally stable activators delivers consistent performance across different preheat and dwell temperatures. It provides exceptional hole filling, reduces bridging on the underside of QFPs, and improves solder-ball formation.
