HEKTOR 2 PCB Separator

HEKTOR quickly and carefully depanelizes pre-routed PCBs, separating boards cleanly. Blade installation and changes for the required depaneling width are easy thanks to a two-part die. Cutting is performed by a compressed-air cylinder. Air pressure is adjustable, and a foot pedal starts the depaneling cycle. Cut waste is collected in a container.

Operational Safety:

The PCB panels are placed on the die with the routed groove under the blade. The attachment point is positioned beneath the cutting blade. Pressing the foot pedal starts depaneling; the attachment point is cut and falls into a collection container.
