DEK TQ is ultra-fast, with cycle times of only 5 to 6.5 seconds, highly precise at ±17.0 microns at 2 cmk, and exceptionally compact. Available in two versions, the platform offers outstanding flexibility: DEK TQ for boards up to 400 × 400 mm and DEK TQ L for boards up to 600 × 510 mm.

New three-stage conveyors, the exclusive ASMPT NuMotion controller with fiber-optic cabling, and cleaning processes up to 50% faster ensure high-speed operation. New drives, off-belt printing and innovative clamping systems provide unprecedented accuracy and exceptional process stability.
