VIBGUARD compact

VIBGUARD compact provides six measurement channels for continuous monitoring. It is ideally suited to fast, highly dynamic equipment. In particular, it meets the requirements of critical equipment characterized by high availability, high aggregate values, complex drives and variable operating conditions.

Whether preinstalled in a compact IP65 enclosure or supplied as a control-cabinet system module, VIBGUARD compact is ideal for diagnostic condition monitoring of individual extruders, large fans, multiphase or vacuum pumps, turbochargers, mill stands and centrifuges.

The six measurement channels are designed as highly dynamic analog inputs and can be equipped with standard ICP vibration sensors or voltage input signals for process variables. They provide detailed diagnostic data such as time signals or envelope signals, along with up to six characteristic values such as vibration characteristics or bearing condition.

The intelligent event recorder captures relevant results fully automatically and continuously, providing the basis for comprehensive machine diagnostics. Its MQTT protocol enables seamless integration into any IIoT manufacturing environment with highly secure data transfer.
