ALPHA 870-25: Neutral-pH Water-Soluble Flux for Mass-Soldering Applications

The ALPHA 870-25 liquid soldering flux is designed to deliver optimum performance in mass-soldering applications, where conventional organic water-soluble fluxes may be too corrosive.

Formulated with a neutral-pH water-soluble resin, this flux has intermediate activity and contains no organic acid activators, ensuring a clean, stable soldering process. It provides excellent compatibility with foaming, wave, dipping and spray-application processes.

The ALPHA 870-25 stands out for its ease of cleaning, its biodegradable effluent and its environmental stability. Plain-water cleaning fully removes residues, ensuring strong, durable joints. A slight pH adjustment may be recommended for optimal effluent removal.
