ESD BRUSHES

Using conductive brushes prevents the generation of electrostatic charges. They are particularly suitable for cleaning SMT boards with a high component density.

The brushes are made from conductive plastic, conductive fibers, and animal bristles. Resistance from the brush tip to the handle is less than 1×10⁸ Ω. The operator must be grounded for these brushes to work effectively. Soft, flexible brushes are specifically designed for cleaning delicate components, such as optical components or computer disks.

Harder brushes are intended for cleaning circuit boards and their components.
