Self-Tensioning Frame

DEK VectorGuard™ : The patented VectorGuard quick-clamp system for SMD stencils by DEK features a four-sided spring-tension mechanism that, unlike other clamping systems, does not rely on air pressure. Once set up, the stencil is placed directly into the quick-clamp system and reliably held under tension by the spring mechanism.

Alpha-TETRA Tension System : The Alpha Tetra mounting system uses spring-applied tension on all four sides of the Alpha Tetra frame.
The stencil is loaded onto the frame using a mechanical or pneumatic loading base before being placed into the stencil printer.
